Houseflipr AI provides AI-powered real estate investment analysis tools including property flip scoring, exit strategy comparison, rehab cost estimation, and local market data. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
All analyses, scores, estimates, and projections provided by houseflipr.ai are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or real estate advice.
Property values, rehab costs, and market conditions are inherently uncertain. Always conduct independent due diligence, hire qualified inspectors, and consult licensed professionals before making any real estate investment decision.
Houseflipr AI is not responsible for any investment decisions made based on information provided by this service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
Subscription plans (Free, Pro, Unlimited) have usage limits as described on the pricing page. Usage is measured on a calendar month basis.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in automated/programmatic use beyond their plan's intended scope.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed by Stripe.
You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
You may not use houseflipr.ai to: (a) access the service via automated scripts or bots beyond your plan's intended use; (b) resell or sublicense access; (c) attempt to reverse engineer the service; (d) violate any applicable law.
Commercial API access for automation is available under a separate API plan. Contact hello@houseflipr.ai for details.
The houseflipr.ai software, design, and brand are owned by Houseflipr AI. You retain ownership of data you submit (property addresses, analyses, photos).
By submitting actual rehab cost data, you grant Houseflipr AI a perpetual license to use that data in anonymized, aggregated form to improve cost estimates for all users.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. HOUSEFLIPR AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
AI-generated analyses including photo rehab assessments are estimates only. They do not replace professional home inspections, contractor quotes, or licensed appraisals.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOUSEFLIPR AI'S LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration, not class action lawsuits.
